The CapitalOne Bank of the Future was a pitch to show what banking could be like in 2015. The project looked at different technologies that could be brought into bank branches as well as other different outlets such as retail spaces. The interaction between customer and banker will become more customer-centric and allow the individual to take control of their money in ways never thought possible.
